These Terms & Service Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by CansToCurbPro, a service brand operated and managed by Sosa Cleaning Co LLC, a California limited liability company.

By accessing our website, enrolling in services, or participating in our free trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Legal Entity & Brand Relationship

CansToCurbPro is a service brand owned, operated, and managed by Sosa Cleaning Co LLC (“Company”).
All services, billing, customer support, and contractual obligations are fulfilled under Sosa Cleaning Co LLC.

References to “CansToCurbPro,” “we,” “our,” or “Company” throughout these Terms refer to Sosa Cleaning Co LLC and its service brand CansToCurbPro.

3. Description of Service

CansToCurbPro provides a residential convenience service that includes:

  • Moving trash, recycling, and organics bins to the curb prior to scheduled municipal pickup
  • Returning bins to their designated storage location after collection
  • Optional add-on services, such as photo confirmation or additional bins
 

We do not collect, transport, or dispose of waste directly and are not affiliated with municipal waste providers.

4. Service Area

Service is currently offered in select areas, including Manhattan Beach, CA, and surrounding communities. Availability may vary by route.

5. Free Trial

New customers are eligible for a 14-day free trial.

  • No charges occur during the trial period
  • Billing begins automatically after the trial ends
  • Customers may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges

6. Subscription & Billing

Month-to-Month Service

All plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

By enrolling, you authorize CansToCurbPro to charge your payment method automatically.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are due in advance of service
  • Failed payments may result in service interruption
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

Customers may cancel at any time through their account or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation before billing prevents future charges
  • No long-term contracts apply

Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be issued for:

  • Missed service due to company error
  • Verified service failures
 

Partial refunds may be provided where appropriate.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Ensure bins are accessible on service days
  • Provide accurate pickup schedules and access instructions
  • Notify us of schedule changes or access issues
  • Keep pets secured when necessary for safe service
 

CansToCurbPro is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible bins or incorrect information.

9. Property Access & Liability

Customers grant service personnel permission to access the property solely to perform the agreed services.

While we take reasonable care:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage
  • We are not liable for municipal pickup delays or missed collections
  • We are not responsible for bin damage caused by city waste providers

10. Missed Service Policy

If service is missed due to our error:

  • We will attempt same-day or next-day correction when feasible
  • Credits or partial refunds may be issued if the correction is not possible
 

Missed service due to weather, city schedule changes, or access limitations may not qualify for refunds.

11. Safety & Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions pose safety risks to staff
  • Aggressive animals are present
  • Property access is repeatedly blocked
  • Harassment or unsafe behavior occurs

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of CansToCurbPro and may not be copied or used without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • CansToCurbPro’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the prior billing period
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

14. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless CansToCurbPro from claims arising from:

  • Unsafe property conditions

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
